Riordan's Kennel and Grooming Salon is a second generation family owned business.  Founded in 1976 by our parents, Bill and Alice Riordan.  Riordan's was a dream that became a reality when Hamilton Township granted them the first kennel license in the township.  Our parents bred and showed championship Great Danes, and they operated the kennel under their breeding name, Lianri Kennels.  They were committed to the betterment of the breed and establishing breeding standards.  After building this South Jersey location, they expanded into boarding , grooming and training.  As hard working, dedicated, caring people they taught their six children all aspects required to work within the pet industry.  The business did close for a brief period due to the terminal illness of our father.

        The second generation then stepped in, and to honor our parents we reestablished the business under our family name of Riordan.  Our parent's philosophy firmly in place,  and is still the standard we strive to achieve.  We believe it is an honor  to be chosen to care for your pet.  We provide a safe environment, taking time to insure that each guest comfortable and safe. We have established hours for our customers so as not to intrude on our guest time.  It is disruptive to our guest  to have people coming and going at all hours.  We have a schedule to accommodate play time, yappy hour, doggie visit, and walk time without interruptions.
